Welcome To Camp 11
**Camp 11, 2017 is Cancelled. Please contact the office if you have any questions.**
Camp 11 is a young adults weekend for late teens and 20 somethings who are looking for a weekend away from the craziness of school, work, or whatever else life is throwing at them. Most of us lead very busy lives. Between church, school, work, and whatever else we’ve got going on it’s hard to find time just to stop and be in God’s presence, and enjoy the community that Anvil provides. Camp 11 gives us that opportunity. A chance to be both encouraged and challenged spiritually through worship, teaching, and conversations, and to enjoy all that camp has to offer without the responsibility of being on staff.
Camp 11 is open to anyone 18 or older (or 17 year olds who have graduated in the spring).
CAMP 11, 2017 THEME
We are carefully crafting an incredible experience for you this summer. Planning for the weekend’s theme starts way in advance, and we can’t wait to share what we’ve got cooked up for this year for you all!
Camp 11 Gallery
Camp 11 brings about 25 volunteer staff dedicated to making this week an awesome experience for our college and career campers. Each camp has a Nurse or Doctor on staff, 4 certified lifeguards and 2 advanced first-aid attendants. The majority of our staff have served for many consecutive years and all have pre-camp training, criminal record checks and reference checks.

Meet the Director
Matt Lee Matt has been coming to Anvil his whole Christian life (it helps that he became a Christian at Anvil) and has volunteered in almost every position at camp. Outside of Camp, Matt is attempting to run two small businesses, one of which is named after Anvil Island’s North Bay and is co-owned by Camp 11’s previous director Jeff Woodyard.
Fun fact: Matt fell for the “there is a White Spot (restaurant)” prank on the boat ride up to Anvil his first year.
