If you absolutely cannot register via Credit Card, OR if you are applying for a sponsorship please download the attached form, fill it out and mail it to our office with payment. We will make every effort to register paper registrations as soon as they come in; however, online registration is not only safe and secure, it is the fastest way to ensure your spot is saved for Camp.
