Is there cooking provided? What kind of kitchen do you have?Daybreak does not have its own cooks on staff. However, we will be happy to put you in touch with trusted, experienced cooks who would (pending availability) like to cook for you. You can discuss with them menu options and pricing. The kitchen is a commercial kitchen. It has commercial grills, elements, 2 convection ovens, a large hobart mixer, knives etc. everything that you would expect. It does not come with kitchen basics like flour, butter or any other type of food. |
