Daybreak Point Bible Camp was built by dedicated volunteers on Work Parties. Work Parties happen typically on Saturdays and everyone is welcome.

Everyone has something to offer a Work Party. While we are always seeking trades people such as Carpenters, Mechanics and Heavy-Duty Mechanics, anyone who loves camp and wants to give the gift of their time has something valuable to offer. The great thing about coming up on Work Parties is sometimes learning something new, sometimes teaching something new, but always seeing how much can be done when we work together to make camp better. God has blessed us with a great camp facility on a great site, but with that comes the great responsibility of good stewardship; and being a part of Work Parties is an excellent way for supporters to help satisfy that responsibility.

Aside from the regular Saturday Work Parties, The Operations Committee has set aside a few special events in order to better see through certain projects or maintenance needs of the camp. These events afford the opportunity to see for yourself just how much a group of people can accomplish at camp in one or a few days. We encourage you to have a look at some of these events and to consider being a part of one this season at camp.

Men's Work Week - Spring and Fall

A long standing tradition which has become a strong community of dedicated men. There are many regulars but always a few fresh faces. Please contact Ken Chitty ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) if you are interested.

Anvil365 Work Weekend - Spring and Fall

The Anvil365 work weekend is an opportunity to be involved in the work of making the camp facility as good as it can be. There is room for anyone to be involved and make a difference. Projects range from important maintenance work like painting and cleaning gutters to major tasks like renovating the outdoor chapel and pulling the rowboat float out of the water for repairs. Anvil365 weekend features lots of hard work but lots of opportunities for fellowship and fun. We have chapel times, speakers, a kitchen crew and optional events like the late night movie and games. If you have any questions about the 365 weekend please contact one of these individuals.
