One of the most common questions to the office is "what type of activities will my son or daughter be doing"? Each week has it's own schedule and routine, but here's some information that may help you get a better feel for what will go on at camp. The information below is a rough look at Daybreak.

Again - for further clarifcation the office is just an email away.

 Sample Schedule:

  • 8:30 Wake Up
  • 9:00 Breakfast
  • 9:15 Chapel
  • 11:00 Activity Rotation (Campers often go in cabins to various activities such as wakeboarding, beach volleyball, boating, upperfield etc.)
  • 12:00 Lunch
  • 1:00 Mass Game
  • 3:00 Free Time (waterfront Open, canteen, hanging out, gym games, tons of activities)
  • 5:30 Dinner
  • 7:00 Mass Game
  • 8:00 Snack
  • 8:30 Chapel Games
  • 9:00 Chapel
  • 11:00 Lights Out

food:

Food is in short - awesome. Our kitchen crews work hard to make meals far from basic. Our cooks will work hard to accommodate food allergies (wheat free, dairy free, nuts etc.) but they must know WELL in advance. If your child has allergies please contact the office in advance.

A sample menu could be:

Lunches: Macaroni, Grilled Cheese Sandwhiches, Beef Dip, Quesidillas

Dinners: Turkey, Roast Beef, BBQ Chicken, Spagetti, Burgers

Basically, you will be well fed.

chapels:

We get asked a lot about what chapel is like. In short, chapels are totally age appropriate, have engaging speakers and great worship. Whether you or your child has been a part of church culture or not - WE think this will be an opportunity for them to encounter God in a new way. We talk about a God who wants a relationship with you. He's done this through his son Jesus Christ. It's a message of grace, it's a message of love, of forgiveness and relationship. Again, it's hard to accurately talk about it all here, but hopefully you get a bit of what we're about.
