Camp 9 on Anvil Island is the finale to an amazing summer for any teenager ages 14 -16! Our staff work hard to create 7 days of adventure, authentic community and life long memories for young people.
At Camp 9, we are all about intentionality: from the way we have fun, to the way we worship God to the way we build community together.

Lights, camera, CAMP! This week, camp transforms into its own TV network where every day is a brand-new show. Campers will compete in wild survival challenges, race across camp in Amazing Race-style adventures, cook up creations worthy of MasterChef, and tackle obstacle courses like American Ninja Warrior. Success won’t just take skill—it’ll take strategy, teamwork, and smart collaboration as cabins plan how to outplay, outthink, and outwork the competition. With confessional interviews, dramatic commentary, and a grand finale awards night, everyone gets their moment in the spotlight.

Each week brings about 75 volunteer staff dedicated to making this week an awesome experience for your child. Each camp has a Nurse or Doctor on staff, 4 certified lifeguards and 2 advanced first-aid attendants. The majority of our staff have served for many consecutive years and all have pre-camp training, criminal record checks and reference checks. A typical cabin has a Sr. Cabin Leader and a Junior Cabin Leader for 10 kids. We are committed to making this a safe, fun and loving environment for your child.

Meet the Director
Hi, I’m Jordan! My journey with Daybreak Point Bible Camp began as a camper at Camp 4 and I’ve been involved at Anvil ever since. This place and the amazing people at it have had a massive impact on my life, especially in the ways I’ve encountered Jesus at and through camp, and I’m thrilled to be a part of helping campers and staff have a similar experience this summer. Camp 9 is all about encouraging campers to encounter Jesus and having an insane amount of fun while we’re at it. When I’m not on the island, I’m usually spending time with my wife, Sophia, hanging out with friends and family, or working at EDS Pumps & Water Treatment.
