Welcome to Camp 10
Camp 10 is the first of two young adults/College and Career (18 years plus) weekend camps on the island. The camp is set up as less formal than Camps 1-9. It is geared as a bible teaching weekend with the hopes on building solid spiritual foundations (or building up from current ones) in a Christ centric environment, with encouragement for campers to build new relationships with fellow Christians and campers that far surpasses the boundaries of the weekend. You will be immersed in the beauty of our Lord’s creation as you enjoy the wonders of Daybreak Point Bible Camp and all of the activities while being enriched in hearing sound doctrine and the message of hope found alone in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Camp 10 brings about 25 volunteer staff dedicated to making this week an awesome experience for our college and career campers. Each camp has a Nurse or Doctor on staff, 4 certified lifeguards and 2 advanced first-aid attendants. The majority of our staff have served for many consecutive years and all have pre-camp training, criminal record checks and reference checks.

This week feels like stepping into your own mini festival where every day brings new games, surprises, and moments you will not see coming.
Campers will jump into playful challenges, cheer each other on, and fully lean into the fun while learning how to be confident, inclusive, and supportive teammates.
It is all about showing up, having fun, and being part of the energy.
Meet the Director
Jonathan Singh (director) and Chris Thring (assistant director) have both been actively involved in serving with Daybreak and other ministries for over thirty years. Jonathan, alongside his wife Theresa, are busy raising their two young boys, future campers in the making, and live in Delta, BC. Together, the Camp 10 Directing Team shares a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunity to serve at Anvil and be part of what God is doing there.
Fun fact (from Jonathan): After picking up his son’s Rubik’s Cube in late 2022, he spent hours learning to solve it, and now can do it in under five minutes. His conclusion? If he can figure it out, anyone can!
Jonathan and Chris are excited to serve together and lead the team at Camp 10 again this year.
